How long does a company need to take money from my account for the goods delivered?

I ordered a cotbed mattress and bedding a famous 04/03/2007 online business. All items have been delivered on 20.04.2007, but the money has not been charged to my credit card for the cotbed. I had to cancel my card credit for another reason but kept their hands on money to pay if the company contact me. The order was carried cotbed directly from the supplier and contact information so that the processing in the warehouse. I subscribed to the issue when it was, but I have not heard from since. I wondered how time they have learned to demand money from me?

It's weird. Usually, if you buy online with a credit card, your card will be charged a few days. If you are honest, you can contact the company customer service and ask if your payment has been processed correctly. Otherwise you can try your luck and see if your payment is in the collections (affect your credit history). There are no rules on how long the company should request payment for the goods shipped. However, in some places, a company only has 90 days to demand payment unless there are special circumstances. Just do the right thing and see what happens.
