can he take my son out of the state?
if I go to court can I keep the father of my son out his life if he put his hands on me more the once and when.
I was about a 1 month he pull me down some steps and put me in a wall I did go to the cops but when it was time to go to court I couldn’t go I was 9 month on bed rests

He can’t take him anywhere if you don’t let him have him. Do you have a custody order? Call a lawyer for a consultation and they will be able to tell you your rights and what you may be able to accomplish in court. It is very hard to have a parent taken out of a child’s life, perhaps you could shoot for supervised visitation.
